HOW DOES LOCAL DELIVERY WORK? Make a purchase through our Website before 3.00 pm and we will deliver your goodies the same day. Our local delivery charge is $8.00

CAN YOU SPECIFY A LOCAL DELIVERY TIME? No we are unable to specify an exact delivery time.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS? NO

CAN I PICK UP ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE: Once you have made a purchase via our Website or over the phone you are welcome to pick up your item at anytime the store is open. 

DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE? Yes we do, we offer a small parcel service at $15.95, (one or two items) or $25.00 (more than two items). We we ask you to contact us regarding large or bulky items to receive a postage quote.

Orders over $250 (excluding sale items) receive free shipping Australia wide ONLY. 

PLEASE NOTE: Postage items are sent twice a week with tracking. Once tracking numbers have been received we no longer assume responsibility for the item. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED? If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.
