HOW DOES LOCAL DELIVERY WORK? Make a purchase through our Website before 3.00 pm and we will deliver your goodies the same day. Our local delivery charge is $8.00

CAN YOU SPECIFY A LOCAL DELIVERY TIME? No we are unable to specify an exact delivery time.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS? NO - all orders placed for delivery on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on our next working day. 

DO YOU LEAVE PRODUCTS IF NO ONE IS HOME? Depending on weather conditions upon delivery if there is no one at home From Little Things guarantee the product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the specified delivery address.

WHAT IF IS PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS? Unfortunately we do not take responsibility if the incorrect delivery details are provided therefore refunds will not be issued in this instance. If we are unable to gain access to the property the product will be returned to our store and contact will be made with the person making the order to arrange re-delivery which will incur a re-delivery fee.

WHAT IF I CANT PROVIDE AND ADDRESS? Your order will not be delivered until an address is provided. If you do not provide and address prior to 3.00pm your order will be delivered on the next delivery day.

DO YOU OPERATE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS? No - all orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on our next working day.

CAN I PICK UP ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE: Once you have made a purchase via our Website or over the phone you are welcome to pick up your item at anytime the store is open. 

DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE? Yes we do, we offer a small parcel service at $15.95, (one or two items) or a large parcel $25.00 (more than two items). This price includes postage and handling. We ask you to contact us regarding large or bulky items to receive a postage quote. Please Note all items are posted at YOUR OWN RISK. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED? All items are packed and posted with all our love and care, however all items are shipped at YOUR OWN RISK. From Little Things does not take responsibility for any breakages occurred during transit. It is recommended buy our team that fragile items are not posted.

If your item arrives faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.
