RETURNS

Please contact us immediately via phone or email if you have any problems with your order.

Flowers

We understand flowers are perishable items and therefore if you believe you have not been provided with the highest quality flowers please get in contact with us.

Refunds or replacements will be provided once the flowers have been returned to From Little Things and we are satisfied you have been provided a substandard product.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange to replace a fresh bunch if the original arrangement of flowers are disposed or images are not available. No returns or replacements will be considered 3 days after flowers have been purchased or delivered.

No refund or replacement will be provided due to a incorrect delivery address being provided by customer during the check out process.. 

Sale Items: 

All sale items in-store and online have been heavily reduced which is why we don't offer exchanges, refunds or returns on these items.

Full Price Products:

A full refund for all non perishable products (excluding sale items) will be provided if products are returned within a three working day period.  After those initial 3 days we offer an additional two week refund for instore credit. The following requirements need to me met: 

Instore:

  • A full refund will be offered on products if returned within three working days of purchase.
  • Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition, tags intact and with no damage to the item or the packaging.
  • The receipt must be provided at the time of exchange or refund.
  • Discounted items and Gift Cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online: 

  • A full refund will be offered on items purchased online if you contact us within a three working day period of receiving your item. 
  • We do not refund original shipping fees and do not cover return shipping fees. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition, tags intact and with no damage to the item or the packaging.
  • Discounted items and Gift Cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a refund or re delivery has been approved, this will be done at our earliest convenience. Usually within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are processed via their original payment method
